South Haven Catering Company owners Jay and Julia Marcoux have been catering since the summer of 2001. In addition to South Haven Catering Company, they co-own two other restaurants in South Haven: Phoenix Street Café and Café Julia.
The Phoenix Street Café, located in the heart of downtown South Haven, features all-American fare including gourmet breakfast and a large selection of hot and cold lunch items using the highest quality, fresh ingredients. Café Julia is a gourmet coffee shop in South Haven that offers the finest coffees, specialty drinks, artisan breads, pastries, tortes and sandwiches in an inviting atmosphere with available meeting rooms and wireless Internet access.
Because their businesses allowed Jay and Julia to have their evenings free and because they enjoy what they do, they decided to start a catering business on nights and weekends. Thanks to referrals and a hearty welcome by locals and visitors, they are still going strong five years later with no plans to stop. “We are so blessed to do what we do in this town,” said Julia. “We plan on serving this community and all of its visitors for many years to come.”
We put our heart, soul and full attention into every event that we cater. We take care of everything, including: custom menu planning, location selection, rentals, wedding cakes, setup, clean up, and floral arrangement, photography, and minister referrals. You could call us a ‘one stop shop’. We take pride in our professional service, outstanding menu and food quality, and the overall experience that we create.
